Warren page

owner / personal trainer / strength coach

Warren Page has been a personal trainer and strength coach for the past 10 years. Starting his early coaching years as a CrossFit and weightlifting coach at SF gym in Osborne park, he soon spread his wings and created his coaching business BRONX TRAINING, aiming to help people of all ages become better, healthier versions of themselves.


Warren is an accomplished powerlifter, having competed at a national and state level, and a keen endurance sport seeker, completing marathons and endurance mountain bike events. Warren is also a father, and understands the needs and lifestyle considerations of busy Mums and Dads.

I have always had a passion for health and fitness, to be able to have the opportunity to help people from all walks of life become a better, stronger version of themselves is what drives me. To be able to help people fall in love with not only the end result, but to fall in love with the process as that is what helps maintain results by creating a better, healthier lifestyle.


I want to be able to help people of all ages and backgrounds become more confident within themselves, and to give them the tools to not only achieve their aesthetic goals but also achieve goals outside of their body image. To me, being healthy is not only the exercise you do but every other aspect of your life as well.
